The aim of this competition is to share innovative aromatherapy practices that can benefit the community as a whole. The e-poster must present a specific aromatherapy practice/protocol that has been evaluated in a beneficiary population.

The e-poster is eligible if it meets certain conditions:

• Maximum of 6 slides with a title 
• Include the information defined by the Foundation (see rules)
• Be sent before 17 October 2025 (PDF format)

Applicants must also provide a short video presentation (maximum 2 minutes) explaining why and how their practice/protocol was developed, as well as a photo of the team.

A jury of independent experts appointed by the Foundation will select 5 e-posters to be presented at an online "Aromashowcase" event on 4 December 2025.

All countries are eligible.
