CAMPAIGN DESCRIPTION

The aim of this competition is to share innovative aromatherapy practices that can benefit the wider community. The e-poster must present a specific aromatherapy practice or protocol that has been evaluated within a target population.

The e-poster is eligible if it meets certain conditions:

• It must consist of a maximum of 6 slides with a title

• It must include the information specified by the Foundation (see rules)

• It must be submitted by 18 October 2026 (PDF format)

Applicants must also provide a short video presentation (maximum 2 minutes) explaining why and how their practice/protocol was developed, as well as a photo of the team.

A jury composed of independent experts appointed by the Foundation will select 5 e-posters to be presented at an online “Aromashowcase” event scheduled for 9 December 2026.
